Followed Erasmus+ mobility projects- conferences, challenging application processes, especially Creativity and Cooperation TC in Madrid with MLFE.
Traveled and taught widely in search of creative ways to teach and train the young professional Europeans for future.

Every journey and grant was an educationally enriching and awakening-transfer of good practices and exchange of ideas with eminent colleagues, students and youth in different forums- schools, councils, debate clubs, NGO organizations.

Why have You decided to participate in this project?
Eagerly interested in EU policies and social rights, and my work with the youth parliament just fits it perfectly, so when I found Dorea and Enter Unity EU for you- it was real deal.

What are Your expectations for the training course?

Expecting fruitful training course with positive atmosphere to learn and share the experiences from different countries, organizations and throwing light to challenges from various angles. One somehow feels better when the problems and new moments are shared and spoken loudly and openly about. There is a special value in different opinions and viewpoints that help make things better and simplify problems. Networking and follow up is of crucial importance.

What does EU mean to you?

The idea of European Union sounds a perfect idea for broader unity of peoples with common laws and policies and freedom of speech. Enables free travel, trade, flow of ideas and people. Employment and education are also the main issue.

Sofija Tosheva

Country: R Macedonia

Experience in raising the awareness of the EU mobility policy, youth workers and etc.

I am part of a team which is responsible for Erasmus+ Projects in our school. I had successfull applications  and I was part of a mobility project in Rome, also in Madrid with a team of our school. I think these kind og mobilities are unique kind of experience, especially for raising need to be part of EU.
Also, I was part of a Youth in Action Project in UK,organized by VICTA, in cooperation of  Erasmus+ project by ActGlobal Co. The aim of the Project VI training course was to increase the opportunities available for blind and VI (visually impaired) young people in the realm of international non-formal education projects.
I am a certified Career Advisor at our school in order to help young individuals to choose their proffesion.
In the last 4 years I have 3 winning teams at International Online Competition-Cyberfair , in topics how to preserve our cultural and historical inheritance of  our countries as part of EU, and how to ecourage young people to take steps by their own.

Why have You decided to participate in this project?

As educator of young people, I want to gain experience how to develop young person‘s mind that not only geographically we are part of Europe. Young people should be taught to be aware of EU values, and see a future of our country only as full partner of EU.

What are Your expectations for the training course?

Learning  personal responsibility,
Implementing  ideas on EU awareness,
Passing new knowledge to others .

What does EU mean to you?

I  see EU as very powerfull idea, as some kind of platform where everyone has an equal right to travel, educate, cooperate, develop its skills without taking care about borders, passports, visas, religion, nationality. That is the reason why I strongly believe in EU opportunities for every young person.

Life motto:

Always aim for the moon, even if you miss you’ll land among the stars.
